Our History
1999-2004
PA Consulting Group works with the Office of the eEnvoy to define the eGovernment targets including eProcurement. They contribute to the Blue Frog, a report published by the Office of Government Commerce regarding the implementation of eProcurement across the UK Public Sector.
2004
The Office of Government Commerce issues OJEU for Zanzibar eProcurement project.
2005
PA Consulting Group wins the Zanzibar contract and sets up PA Shared Services Limited to deliver the project.
2006
ProcServe is formed and assumes control and management of the Zanzibar service.
2007
ProcServe acquires Impaq Business Solutions, a UK based company that develops eProcurement document exchange solutions.
2008
Zanzibar wins overall prize for Operational Performance at the MCA Management Awards 2008
